Several SWAMP projects are featured in a brand new book titled Experimental Eating!The book is a survey of experimental and experiential food-based practices and projects (with a view on both national and international scenes) and profiles a range of culinary pioneers working across art, film, cookery, social intervention and design, demonstrating how current collaborations between these fields are pushing the boundaries of how we understand, experience and relate to food and the rituals of dining.
